“When I came across Marta I was in a very lost state of mind, confused about myself, very confident on the outside but battling issues on the inside. Marta would always talk about how important it is to be on a journey with your mind and I simply couldn’t understand it before meeting her. I remember following her updates for so long before really approaching her, and just through my phone screen I could feel such a different energy that I wasn’t aware of or familiar with. I have been training with Marta for close to 2 years now, and cannot see myself moving away from her classes! She has kept things interesting throughout the years, where she displayed an astounding breadth of experience in teaching various things - from HIIT, to strength training to flexibility and animal flow. In doing so, she has helped develop my own knowledge of fitness, and has given me a new appreciation for different exercises, each with a different purpose and focus.
Marta has also given me dietary advice on how to maintain a healthy and balanced diet without being restrictive, not just from the type of food, but has stressed on the importance of being able to eat everything an everything in the right proportion.
Finally, and most importantly, Marta constantly shows that she cares for the well-being of her students, and ensures that, while we are being pushed, that we are doing the exercises correctly to maximise effectiveness, but also to stave off injury, which is one of the key things for me.
